About Meh

Hi!

My name is Leah Francis and I am currently a student at Northern Arizona University where I study geology, inside and outside of the classroom, with an emphasis in Geophysics.

I can't say I'm terribly interesting, I just figured a separate page for this information would be better than having it directly displayed on my blog, that way if you're REALLY interested you can read it, but if you're not... well, I wouldn't want to assault your eyes.

Contrary to popular opinion, I stare at the ground because I'm more interested in rocks than your conversation, not because I'm shy. I'm actually very outspoken; do not get offended if I come off a bit... sarcastic... as well. And yes, I take my rocks very seriously!

I also enjoy meteorology and storm chasing! Science in general fascinates me, I really identify with the scientific method and "thirst for knowledge" philosophy. Also... I suck at math and English is kind of boring, so science is all I've got left.

Otherwise... I love country music, the color green, Mexican food, science fiction anything, college football, photography, dinosaurs, Nerf guns, cars and Christmas.

I'm pretty simple.
